If you're not satisfied with our product within the first 14 days please send us an email to return@vasvatrueskin.com or call us at 888-888-8000 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and we will give you a full refund (less shipping cost), no question asked, that's how confident we are that you'll will love our product.   

Please note that used item after the 14 days Money Back Guarantee is not refundable. But after the 14 days Money Back Guarantee Period, and within the thirty days of delivery of your package, if there is any reason you wish to return any unopened package, we will give you a full refund. 

You will be responsible to pay shipping costs to return the item. If we charged you shipping cost, shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. If you are sending an item / several items valued at over $100.00, you should consider using a traceable delivery service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we receive your returned product.
